This is a private reference site, not a government office. We cannot confirm custody, release anyone, post bond, or retrieve an official booking record. Contact the office that holds the information.

Choose the Right Baker Office

For a Baker County booking record, arrest report, release record, or intake photograph, start with the Baker County Sheriff's Office public-record request. The office does not publish a booking-photo fee schedule, direct records-unit line, or guaranteed response time. Ask for electronic delivery, current terms, and a cost estimate before extensive work. Contact details below were checked on August 16, 2026.

Different custody systems have different custodians. Use the route that matches the record or status you need:

  • For a local booking or photo, use the Baker County official-source search path, then submit the BCSO records form if the current roster does not answer the question.
  • For present county-jail custody or a county-sentenced release question, call the Baker County Detention Center. Call 911 only for immediate danger.
  • For filed charges, a court date, judgment, or certified disposition, contact the Baker County Clerk of Court at 339 E. Macclenny Avenue, Macclenny, FL 32063, or 904-259-8113.
  • For a person sentenced to Florida prison or under state supervision, use the Florida Department of Corrections Offender Search. An FDC profile is not a Baker County booking record.
  • For federal prison custody, search the Federal Bureau of Prisons locator. It does not display inmate photographs.
  • For immigration custody, use the ICE Online Detainee Locator System. BCSO lists Jacksonville ICE at 904-288-4600 for outside-jurisdiction detainees held in Baker County.
  • For a U.S. Marshals Service detainee housed at the Baker facility, call 904-301-6670. BCSO cannot supply that detainee's federal charges, court date, or release details.

The BCSO roster includes local, USMS, and ICE custody, so being housed in Macclenny does not prove that an arrest happened in Baker County. Likewise, a booking entry records an accusation. Charges may later change or be dismissed, and the court disposition controls the outcome.
